Are the necklaces real gold or just plated? I have sensitive skin and plated stuff sometimes gives me issues.

AFAIK, most of their stuff is gold plated over sterling silver. I haven't had issues with my sensitive skin, but it's not solid gold. They might have sterling silver options too.
